Skills & Qualifications:
-- New Business Acquisition: Prospect, identify, and generate new leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients in the IT sector.
-- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the IT recruitment/staffing industry.
-- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment landscape, including hiring practices, staffing models, and key industry sectors.
