As part of our expansion in Bangkok, we are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth. This is a senior, quota-carrying hunter role for experienced B2B sales professionals who know how to manage complex sales cycles and consistently close deals.
Commercial Snapshot
- Typical deal size: 1–10M THB
- Sales cycle: ~3 months
- Commission: Uncapped
The Role You will own and execute new sales opportunities in the Bangkok market. You will generate your own pipeline (with support from inbound leads), lead structured discovery and sales processes, and close complex B2B software deals.
You will work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to translate client challenges into commercially viable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a qualified B2B sales pipeline
- Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing
- Conduct discovery with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Develop solution-oriented proposals with technical teams
- Drive momentum and timely decision-making in sales processes
- Represent Manao Software in client meetings and selected events
- Provide accurate pipeline and forecast reporting
Requirements
- Thai national, fluent in English (professional level)
- Minimum three years of success in B2B software or technology sales
- Experience in working with enterprise sectors such as BFSI, logistics, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, energy, and more
- Experience using CRM systems, like HubSpot or Salesforce, for pipeline management
- Strong consultative and value-based selling capability
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
- Professional, structured, self-driven, and execution-focused
- Based in Bangkok and able to work onsite (This is an office-based role. Remote work is not offered.)
