Docyt, pronounced “docket”, is a Silicon Valley-based FinTech startup headquartered in Silicon Valley, that is passionately focused on giving businesses control of their financial data. While great strides have been made in sending and receiving payments, businesses still struggle to aggregate all their financial data, understand it, and use it to make well-informed, timely decisions. Docyt is a super app that applies AI (artificial intelligence) across the entire accounting tech stack. Docyt digitizes financial data, automates both income and expense workflows, continuously reconciles QuickBooks®, and generates real-time financial statements. Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales process – lead qualification, client engagement, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
- Preference for candidates with B.Com / Master’s in Finance & Accounting.
- Experience Required: 3–5 years in IT / Software Sales with international exposure (preferably US market).
- Background in the accounting/finance domain will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in software / IT sales with stable employment history (no frequent job changes).
- Strong exposure to the US market – client handling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English & Hindi (Gujarati will be an added advantage).
- Ability to work in dynamic time zones (US EST, CST & PST) – shifts will be shuffled as per requirement.
