- Mentor two Business Development Associates as their day-to-day point of contact, including setting activity goals, reviewing pipeline and supporting deal strategy
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, partner channels and marketing campaigns
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and position Digital Trust solutions, coordinating with consultants for demonstrations
- Develop proposals, statements of work and pricing in partnership with delivery teams, and negotiate to close deals
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients to expand recurring subscription and project revenue
- Serve as Digital Trust’s day-to-day sales counterpart to ATS segment sales leaders across Testing, Inspection and Consulting, building joint account plans and a repeatable referral motion
- Develop Digital Trust pipeline within the existing ATS and SGS client base, including positioning QMS|share to Testing and Inspection clients already operating under ISO 9001 and other accreditation requirements

- 2+ years of experience leading, coaching or mentoring sales representatives or business development staff, with demonstrated success developing early-career sellers

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in professional technology sales
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform and how they solve business problems
- Experience selling software products or subscriptions; familiarity with quality management (ISO 9001) or real estate document management is a plus
