Role Objectives:
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the restaurant and food service sectors.
  • Client Acquisition: Prospect potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, manage initial onboarding and continue consultation to provide over the top service.
  • Account Management: Upsell and cross sell to continue adding products and categories throughout the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Drive new business development efforts through strategic client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food packaging/janitorial/sanitation industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
