Our expanding firm is in need of a team of dynamic individuals to assist in the opening of new office locations within the year. As a Business Development / Management Trainee, you will be cross trained in multiple departments while acting as an integral part in increasing brand awareness for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new customers and retain current customer base
- Present products and promotions to prospects
- Interact with clients and client affiliates
- Attend and participate in classroom training sessions
- Motivate and train new team members
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service and/or sales
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Self motivated and career driven
- Extroverted and outgoing
- Professional demeanor
- Positive attitude
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Immediately available for full time employment
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
