Position Summary

As a Business Development Liaison, you are a relationship builder and trusted connector, responsible for growing and nurturing a portfolio of referral partners.  You will initiate and strengthen these partnerships to increase partner referrals and position Helping Hands Family (HHF) as the preferred ABA provider in your region.  By combining personalized, high-touch services with strategic digital outreach, you will optimize your territory and ensure a seamless experience for both providers and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with professional referral sources – including, but not limited to doctors, case managers, social workers, and therapists – through various digital and in-person outreach tactics.
  • Drive new starts at our clinics by analyzing referral trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to support active partners and re-engage inactive ones.
  • Communicate family updates, starts, and key milestones, as appropriate, to referring providers to foster ongoing collaboration and trust.
  • Leverage data and CRM tools to manage outreach strategy, track referral activity, monitor conversion trends, and measure source performance.
  • Represent Helping Hands Family at various industry events to help attract new referral sources and clients and to promote brand awareness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or business development (healthcare industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and activate new and established strategically targeted referral relationships with providers and referral decision makers to drive client acquisition 
  • Experience managing 30+ healthcare or healthcare-related accounts, prioritizing within a book of business, and providing an appropriate level of service to different priority levels
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experienced managing your book of business in a CRM, and willing to learn other field programs specific to our industry

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range
$65,000$95,000 USD

Skills Required
