Who are we looking for?
GHD is seeking a Portfolio Relationship Manager (PRM) to lead strategic growth and deepen partnerships across a select portfolio of high‑priority clients in the retail and technology sectors. This senior role blends client leadership, strategic account management, and market expansion—ensuring GHD delivers exceptional value while identifying new opportunities for long‑term growth. As the PRM, you will serve as the primary voice of the client within GHD, build trusted executive relationships, and drive cross‑regional collaboration to position GHD as a partner of choice for complex, multidisciplinary programs. Responsibilities Driving Portfolio Growth:- Lead strategic planning and growth initiatives across a portfolio of major clients.
- Identify, pursue, and win large, enterprise‑level opportunities.
- Shape pricing strategies, scopes, and pursuit plans.
- Understanding market trends, with a forward-looking strategy toward future projects and emerging technologies.
Leading Client Relationships
- Develop deep, trusted relationships across client organizations.
- Drive global client development by leading cross‑regional collaboration, expanding enterprise‑level opportunities, and contributing to measurable growth across GHD’s global priority clients
- Guide internal teams to deliver outstanding client experience and value.
- Anticipate client needs by monitoring market trends and emerging technologies.
- Represent GHD at industry events and strengthen our market presence.
Strategic Account Management
- Build and execute relationship management plans for complex accounts.
- Tailor proposals and presentations to client priorities.
- Collaborate with specialists across GHD to design and negotiate integrated solutions.
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and support revenue growth targets.
- Meet a utilization goal of 10% tied to leadership in major EHS programs and portfolio management.

Successful skills & qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in engineering or related discipline
- 5 to 20 years of experience in engineering design projects
- Proven leadership in client engagement, strategic growth, or business transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience developing and mentoring teams.
- Strong business development and proposal strategy capabilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout North America.
- A collaborative, self‑driven approach with strong judgment and client focus
