We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced BDR to accelerate that growth by starting sales conversations with senior leaders at the world’s most influential companies.
At Big Think+, we’re helping develop leaders and transform culture at companies like Google, Microsoft, Netflix, Marriott, Bank of America, and Tory Burch. We’ve created over 1,700 video-based lessons that feature more F500 execs, Ivy League academics, and best-selling authors than any other leadership solution on the market. 

What you’ll do

  • Open doors at iconic companies Run creative, thoughtful outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and phone) to book sales meetings with senior executives. 
  • Learn how consultative selling works – Research companies, identify the right stakeholders, and build tailored outbound strategies – not spammy email blasts.
  • Work closely with experienced sales leaders – Collaborate with a sales director and leadership to get coaching and see how deals move through a sales pipeline.

What you’ll need

  • 1+ years of sales outreach experience
  • Experience running tailored outbound campaigns with cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn
  • A competitive mindset with a track record of exceeding goals
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and outreach tools such as Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Compensation

$80,000 base salary, $110,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
