Job Description

Are you a driven and results-oriented professional with experience in business development? Do you have a passion for technology and the ability to build strong customer relationships? As Business Development Lead, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and international environment.

You will play a key role in expanding our business in the EMEA, US and APAC region, working closely with various teams to successfully present our innovative solutions to customers.   

What will you be doing?​  

As the manager of Business Development Managers, you will lead a team responsible for building and enhancing our business development capabilities. You will guide your team in understanding market dynamics, generating leads, managing pipelines, and developing strong customer relationships. Your role will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration with marketing, and supporting the seamless transition of leads to sales. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers.

  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Drive lead generation and manage a high-quality sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.

  • Shape and communicate compelling customer value propositions.

  • Oversee smooth handover of leads to Sales Managers.

  • Support strategic presentations and internal alignment on opportunities.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • 5–10 years in a similar role, ideally in an international setting.

  • Strong affinity with technology and warehouse automation.

  • Proven consultative sales skills and a successful track record.

  • Excellent relationship-building, coordination, and influencing abilities.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

 This position offers a competitive salary range of €6250,- to € 8000,- gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.    
 

 On top of your fixed salaryyou’ll receive the following secondary benefits:   

  •  40 vacation days (20 statutory days and a flexible budget worth 20 days).   
  • A Health & Wellbeing budget worth €300,- per calendar year.
