You will:
- Identify and research potential leads through networking events and others;
- Represent the company in the different offline events and meetings;
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients for our services: web and app development, e-commerce, digital transformation, product design, and digital marketing;
- Qualify leads through initial outreach and engagement, understanding their needs and challenges related to our services;
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system and manage your sales pipeline effectively;
- Keep a hand on a pulse of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT sales development or a similar role within a service-oriented company;
- 4 or more years of experience in sales development will be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools, with a track record of success in both outbound prospecting and inbound lead nurturing;
- Proficiency in creating engaging outreach messages that effectively capture the interest of prospects;
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Prior experience in selling software development or management consulting services.
