You will:

  • Identify and research potential leads through networking events and others;
  • Represent the company in the different offline events and meetings;
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients for our services: web and app development, e-commerce, digital transformation, product design, and digital marketing;
  • Qualify leads through initial outreach and engagement, understanding their needs and challenges related to our services;
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system and manage your sales pipeline effectively;
  • Keep a hand on a pulse of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT sales development or a similar role within a service-oriented company;
  • 4 or more years of experience in sales development will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools, with a track record of success in both outbound prospecting and inbound lead nurturing;
  • Proficiency in creating engaging outreach messages that effectively capture the interest of prospects;
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Prior experience in selling software development or management consulting services.

We offer salary from 4000 EUR Gross plus KPI-based, result-oriented compensation.
