We are hiring a high-impact
Sales Leader to accelerate our growth in the US AEC/Construction technology
space. This is a founding sales role—ideal for someone with strong
industry relationships, a proven ability to open doors, and a track record in
closing complex, high-value deals.
This role will
directly influence our revenue trajectory with a clear mandate:
500k-1 Mil USD in
12 –18 months
1. Revenue Ownership & Pipeline Growth
· Sales conversion is the Primary Responsibility
· Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
· Own revenue targets for US market expansion.
· Target
Persona- Trade Contractors and Building material providers (ideally
with configurable products) requiring backend team for drawing production,
integration, plugins, etc.
· Identify, qualify, and open conversations with Target Personas listed
above.
· Use your network to accelerate warm introductions and strategic
engagements.
· Guide the India-based demand generation team on target accounts,
outreach strategy, and messaging.
· Visit Relevant Conferences in the US/Canada
· Lead consultative sales cycles from first meeting to contract
signature.
· Collaborate with India-based Sales Managers & solution teams for
proposals, scoping, and pricing.
· Drive multi-stakeholder negotiations and close enterprise deals.
· Build long-term executive-level relationships with key accounts.
· Develop account expansion strategies in partnership with delivery and
customer success teams.
· Maintain up-to-date CRM records for pipeline, revenue forecasts, and
activity logs.
· Deliver weekly/monthly Sales dashboards
· Revenue Pipeline Growth: 500K-1 Mil USD
within first 12–18 months.
· New Logos Closed: Minimum of 10 net-new clients in the
first year.
· Enterprise Deal Closure: Close high-value,
multi-stakeholder deals in the construction/AEC tech ecosystem.
· Relationship Development: Establish
strategic relationships with at least 10+ key accounts.
· Sales Process Efficiency: CRM accuracy,
proposal turnaround standards, and forecast reliability.
Industry & Domain Expertise
· 5+ years in Business Development/Sales within AEC, construction
technology, BIM services, or related software solutions.
· Strong understanding of US construction workflows, procurement behaviour,
and technology adoption cycles.
· Familiarity with US construction
market dynamics and key players.
·
· Proven track record in pipeline generation, enterprise sales,
and closing high-value deals.
· Ability to design sales strategies and execute them independently in a
startup-like environment.
· Experience selling technical/BIM/CAD/automation services.
· Ready to travel quite often to meet clients and prospects
· Good CRM Discipline.
· Strong communication and negotiation
skills.
·
· Existing network across contractors, developers, construction tech
companies, and AEC decision-makers.
· Strong presence in industry events, associations, and relevant
communities.
· Excellent consultative communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional India-based teams for
delivery, presales, and proposals.
· Willingness to travel within the US for client meetings, conferences,
and on-site presentations.
· Shape the US sales function from Day 1.
· Work closely with founders to influence direction, strategy, and
revenue outcomes.
· Grow with a company scaling rapidly in construction tech, AI and
Digitalisation

Skills Required
