This is a key commercial leadership role responsible for accelerating new customer acquisition and driving sustainable growth across Region North.
As Regional Business Development Lead, you will define and execute the regional business development strategy, helping markets build stronger hunting capabilities, generate high-quality pipeline, and convert opportunities into long-term business growth.
Working closely with Country Managers, Sales Leaders, and commercial teams, you will play a central role in shaping how new business is won across the region.
What You'll Do
Define and execute the regional Business Development strategy
Drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth across the region
Coach and develop high-performing Business Development teams
Strengthen sales processes, tools, KPIs, and Salesforce adoption
Monitor pipeline health and commercial performance
Partner with Country Managers, Sales Leaders, and Marketing teams to accelerate growth
Share best practices and ensure consistent execution across markets

Experience coaching or leading commercial teams
