As we continue to grow our presence in the Greek market, we are looking to strengthen our commercial team with an experienced Business Development Lead. 

The Role 

As Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for expanding Sphynx’s client base in Greece, driving new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with enterprise and institutional customers. You will work closely with senior management, technical teams, and partners to position Sphynx’s solutions effectively in a complex and evolving cybersecurity landscape. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for the Greek market 
  • Identify, engage, and convert new B2B clients across targeted industries 
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure 
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to shape compelling, value-driven proposals 
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform strategy 

Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B technology sales (either inside sales, or channel-related sales role) within IT, cybersecurity, or network services. 
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets. 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales environments in Greece and/or abroad 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and close high-value deals 
    • Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills. 
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
    • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)

Skills Required

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field
