The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-oriented Business Development Intern to join our dynamic Sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical and communication skills in a real-world setting, contributing to impactful data-driven initiatives to expand our distribution network. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new mutual fund distributors (MFDs) and motivating existing ones to actively promote our funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Distributor Onboarding: Reach out to potential individuals and entities to introduce them to Capitalmind AMC's mutual fund offerings and guide them through the onboarding process to become a mutual fund distributor.
  

• Inactive Distributor Engagement: Proactively engage with inactive mutual fund distributors to understand their challenges, motivate them to re-engage with Capitalmind AMC, and provide necessary support to start doing business.
  

• Pitch Deck and Emailer Preparation: Draft compelling outreach emailers to pitch the unique value proposition of Capitalmind AMC to potential independent financial advisors (IFAs).
  

• Meetup Ideation and Execution: Assist the sales team in brainstorming innovative ideas for meetups, seminars, and other engagement events for existing and potential MFDs. Actively participate in the execution of these events, including logistics and coordinating with attendees.
  

• Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct various analysis and benchmarking studies as per the requirements of the Sales Team to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
  

• Field Sales Support: Accompany the sales team on field calls whenever required to gain hands-on experience in distributor interactions and sales presentations.
  

• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of distributor interactions, outreach activities, and event feedback in the company's CRM system. Generate regular reports on progress and results.
  

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a graduate or post-graduate degree in Finance, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings clearly.
  

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other standard productivity tools.
  

• Flair for research and data analysis.
  

Requirements:

• Own Laptop: Must possess a functional laptop.
  

• Work Location: Willingness to work from office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
  

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM, 5 days a week.
  

• Field Work: Ready to accompany the sales team on field calls as required.

• Duration: 3-6 months
  

• Location: WFO form HSR Layout, Bangalore
  

• Compensation: Stipend applicable
