The Business Development & Growth Associate will support the company’s efforts to identify new growth opportunities, understand market trends, engage potential customers, and support revenue-generating initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to research markets, support business development activities, and contribute to strategies that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential customers, new markets, revenue opportunities, and partnership prospects.
Research competitors and market trends and share insights that can support business growth.
Support the development and execution of simple, cost-effective growth and customer acquisition initiatives.
Assist with promoting the company’s products and services to potential customers.
Support the management and updating of the CRM to ensure customer information and leads are properly tracked.
Monitor leads, customer engagement, and conversion activities and prepare regular reports for the team.
Assist in tracking the performance of growth and sales initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
Support research into B2B and B2C sales opportunities and recommend potential strategies the company can explore.
Work with team members to test new ideas, gather feedback, and contribute to improving business development processes.
Skills Required
- Experience analyzing market trends and competitor landscapes
- Experience identifying and executing new revenue streams and partnerships
