Your Career Opportunity 

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Managing Director in Belgium on full-time hours.

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in boosting sales and contributing to the long-term business growth of the company. The primary focus is on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will:

  • Drive new business growth by qualifying inbound leads and proactively generating opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound activities.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying target accounts, engaging key decision-makers, and maintaining accurate CRM reporting and forecasting.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers, representing the company at industry events and expanding market presence.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations and solutions that address client needs and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
  • Own the sales cycle from opportunity to close, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and continuously improve, sharing market insights and customer feedback with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams while staying informed on industry trends and best practices.

What You'll Offer

  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Strategic thinking, strong research skills, and the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
