Job Description

To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and target accounts within designated regions (USA, EMEA, APJ, APAC).
  • Manage the full lead nurturing lifecycle. Coordinate meeting and ensure all parties are well-prepared and follow up with prospects to confirm meetings and manage any schedule changes.
  • Work closely with technical, delivery, sales, and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, solutions, and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc).
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience conducting outbound prospecting activities, utilizing various communication channels to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Experience with cold calling and email campaigns
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other tools for email campaign
  • Experience in using CRM
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience working with America/Canada-based companies (preferred)

  • Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status and key findings.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a growing environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team to meet deliverables.
