Job Description
To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media, and emails.
- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and target accounts within designated regions (USA, EMEA, APJ, APAC).
- Manage the full lead nurturing lifecycle. Coordinate meeting and ensure all parties are well-prepared and follow up with prospects to confirm meetings and manage any schedule changes.
- Work closely with technical, delivery, sales, and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, solutions, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc).
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Participate in regular training and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum of 1 years of experience conducting outbound prospecting activities, utilizing various communication channels to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Experience with cold calling and email campaigns
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other tools for email campaign
- Experience in using CRM
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience working with America/Canada-based companies (preferred)
