Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Amol Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our software products and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 6 months of experience in software sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
    • Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Sales Presentations:

    • Conduct compelling product presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Amol Technologies' software solutions and services.
    • Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of clients and address their business challenges.
  3. Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement.
  4. Negotiation and Closing:

    • Effectively negotiate terms and agreements to close deals in a timely manner.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and relationship management.
  5. Market Research:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on market needs and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in software sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Understanding of software products and services.
