We are looking for:

Due to increased demand, we are looking for someone to support developing relationships with Key Decision Makers, helping to grow the business in key target segments. In this role you will research client needs and work closely with our consulting teams to tailor relevant insight around our products and services,  creating targeted reach out activity to help generate and qualify new opportunities for high-value consultancy work. This role blends strategic outreach, content development, and market insight with hands-on collaboration across our consulting and marketing teams.

You’ll be at the front end of our growth plans,  spotting opportunity, shaping conversations, and helping us land the work that makes a real difference for new and existing clients. It’s also a rare chance to grow fast inside a high-impact consultancy that’s scaling with purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertaking research into target client and market needs, sharing intel and market signals to inform campaign and opportunity pursuit strategies
  • Build and run multi-channel outreach campaigns and journeys to engage key decision makers- live events, webinars, email, LinkedIn, phone
  • Support personalised account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, reaching out to priority clients with relevant content and Insights
  • Collaborate with colleague across the firm to craft smart, insight-led content
  • Build and maintain a best-in-class lead and opportunity management process
  • Keep CRM data accurate, monitor pipeline movement, and feed into commercial reporting
  • Work closely with the senior consultancy team to align opportunity generation strategies and plan with firm goals and business plan
  • Secure and ensure prep for discovery meetings, capturing client context for a strong consulting handover
  • Share competitor intel and market signals to inform campaign and pursuit strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored collateral for new business introductions and pitches
  • Champion continuous improvement - test, learn, adapt, repeat
  • Track and qualify public and private sector tenders, frameworks, and procurement platforms
  • Lead early-stage engagement to support pre-positioning on upcoming bids

Requirements

This Role could be for you if you have:

  • 1–2 years in business development, professional services, or B2B consultancy
  • Sharp research skills and clear, confident written and spoken communication
  • Ability to distil complex topics into compelling messages
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (incl. C-suite and Directors)
  • Highly organised, commercially curious, and action-oriented
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and lead tracking tools
  • A keen eye for market opportunity - including across procurement platforms
  • Energy and adaptability across multiple channels and client types
  • An understanding of or appetite to support account-based marketing strategies
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and interest in shaping how a consultancy scales

Beneficial:

  • Exposure to consultancy or strategic advisory sales cycles
  • Familiarity with account-based or consultative sales methodologies
  • Knowledge of marketing automation or integrated campaign tools
  • Experience navigating tenders, frameworks, or procurement platforms
