Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Achievement of personal sales target according to the set budget for both Certification and Training Sales.
- Manage Key Account relations.
- Accurately record sales and order information in the CRM(SFDC).
- Plan, develop, establish, and maintain a database of market information and trends to facilitate strategic decision-making within the business
- Identify, develop, and recommend new business initiatives that will ensure the growth of BSI.
- Plan, develop, establish, and maintain a database of Competitors' information to ensure the business is aware of competitor information
- Account & opportunity management to develop a solid pipeline.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- 5 years B2B sales experience
- Ideally, you will be experienced in working in the regulatory &/or certification industry.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable self-sufficiency in sales activities.
- Entrepreneurial relationship and business development skills.
- Ability to successfully encourage the customers to expand the product range.
- Ability to develop executive-level relationships and engage with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers and how BSI can enable them to become more efficient.
- Able to communicate complex technical issues.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Management System Certification experience is preferable
- Training in sales experience is preferable
- English is preferable
