The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive with extensive knowledge and experience in the USAF EITaaS (Enterprise IT as a Service) Family of Programs. This includes expertise in USAF EITaaS Wave 1, Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM), and USAF Cloud One programs (C1N).
This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in CACI's growth strategy within a high-value, rapidly evolving sector of defense IT services. The successful candidate will have the chance to significantly impact both CACI's business success and the modernization of USAF IT infrastructure. To be successful in this role, you must be a dynamic, results-driven professional who can navigate complex defense IT landscapes, build strong customer relationships, and drive significant business growth in the EITaaS market segment.
This will be a remote position and the role requires at least 50% or more on business travel.
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development and Management - Build and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline of opportunities within the DoD EIT market, focusing specifically on EITaaS Wave 1, BIM, and C1N programs. Align pipeline opportunities with EIT Line of Business (LoB) strategic growth vision within CACI's overall market space.
- Strategic Go-to-Market Planning - Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the EITaaS family of programs. Articulate and generate consensus on strategic vision, action plans, competitive intelligence, investments, and business cases.
- Customer Engagement and Opportunity Shaping - Proactively engage with customers to identify and shape opportunities. Provide filtered, actionable intelligence to Business Group, Business Development, and functional group staff.
- Brand Promotion and Opportunity Shaping - Elevate CACI's brand presence through targeted marketing initiatives. Lead the creation of white papers, in-house demonstrations, and responses to RFIs. Conceptualize needs, organize appropriate company resources, and spearhead collaborative efforts to completion.
- Capture and Proposal Support - Provide continuity across the BD lifecycle by supporting capture and proposal efforts. Enhance win probability by ensuring seamless transition of opportunities from qualification through capture and proposal stages.
- Market Intelligence and Trend Analysis - Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within the EITaaS ecosystem. Provide regular insights to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with technical, operational, and financial teams to ensure alignment of BD efforts with company capabilities and goals. Foster strong relationships across the organization to facilitate efficient and effective pursuit of opportunities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- 10+ years associated with USAF and/or Joint EIT-related experience, of which a core competency is strategic planning, governance alignment, and process improvement to showcase IT service delivery models.
- Demonstrated Expertise in IT Transformation and Modernization, to include:
- Extensive experience leading large-scale IT support reorganizations
- Proven track record in orchestrating complex migrations to cloud environments
- In-depth knowledge of "as-a-service" delivery models and their implementation
- Substantial expertise in network modernization strategies and execution
- Strong understanding of current IT trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise IT management
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in aligning IT initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives
- Understanding of the DoD technologies and vendors that are often selected to deliver these capabilities.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$124,900-$274,800
