Summary
The Business Development Executive will support growth across End User Sales business unit by developing inbound enquiries, prospecting allocated and lapsed customer data, and creating qualified opportunities for the Traditional and Enterprise Sales teams. The role will close smaller opportunities directly and hand over larger, more complex or long-term opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager.
You will be expected to understand customer requirements, position Techbuyer’s full product and services portfolio, maintain accurate records in the CRM and deliver against a smaller monthly gross profit target, alongside agreed activity KPIs and have a key focus for passing over opportunities to the sales teams.
