Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive - PPAI Industry and or Engagement Industry

Location: Can be in office or remote or both

Reports to: VP of Brand Management & VP of Employee Engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation:

Base salary of $30,000 to $50,000 + commission of 2% of all top line sales from the prospect you introduce to BIG and we convert to clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development executive to join team BIG. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the promotional products market and employee engagement industry, including trends, key players, and sales strategies. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, lining up meetings for our presentation team to present to, and driving growth within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate America who are looking to upgrade their online company Estores and or Employee engagement.

Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, expand market share, and increase revenue.

Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities.

Collaborate with our internal sales teams so you can leverage our finished case studies showcasing amazing results to open new prospect doors.

Analyze market data and client insights to refine business development strategies that may be effective.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including lead generation, sales progress, and client feedback.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the PPAI and engagement industries.

Strong knowledge of the PPAI industry and Engagement Industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working performing some of the items listed within this application.
