As a Business Development Executive, you’ll drive revenue growth across your region by acquiring new agents and boosting performance at existing locations. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects and negotiating terms to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding and ramp-up.
You’ll also play a critical role in agent development and performance, ensuring compliance and long-term success across your territory.
Role Responsibilities
Manage the full sales process for Independent agents, including presenting the complete product portfolio where relevant.
Lead agent onboarding from contract negotiation through to activation and training.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agent network.
Collect and submit all required documentation and ensure complete onboarding packages.
Support new locations through ramp-up to maximize early revenue performance.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing agents to drive same-store sales.
Conduct regular visits to top-performing locations and proactively resolve issues within the network.
Achieve productivity and revenue targets across all locations in your territory.
Oversee the full agent lifecycle for all independent agents in your assigned region.
Role Requirements
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to identify and convert high-potential leads.
Experience managing onboarding processes, including documentation and cross-functional coordination.
2–3 years of sales experience, ideally within the money transfer or financial services industry. However, candidates with transferable skills from other sectors are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region; valid driving license required.
Familiarity with or interest in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, or surrounding regions is a plus.
A degree is advantageous, but equivalent experience is welcome.
Fluency in both English and German; additional languages are a plus.
