Business Development Executive – ITYadimen Consulting Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our remote team and support our growing global IT business.
Remote | Full-Time | 1–3 Years Experience | Global Market
- Generate and qualify IT business leads through LinkedIn, research, and targeted campaigns
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing & prospecting to identify potential clients and decision-makers
- Manage CRM campaigns, lead capture, and opportunity tracking
- Generate business opportunities and support proposal preparation
- Follow up with prospects and clients and build strong relationships
- Support IT recruitment & technology services business development
- Handle relevant social media activities and online outreach
Requirements
- 1–3 years of IT/Technology Sales or Business Development experience
- IT/Technology sales experience is mandatory
- Strong hands-on LinkedIn sourcing & prospecting experience – Mandatory
- Good understanding of the IT industry and IT recruitment
- Knowledge of CRM and social media handling
- Fluent English – speaking and writing
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
