What You'll Drive

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities, companies, and external organizations.
  • Lead partnership initiatives from negotiation to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes for students.
  • Plan and oversee recruitment events, partnership activities, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions team to support lead generation and student recruitment.
  • Review marketing materials and presentations to ensure consistency with the school's brand and strategic objectives.
  • Identify business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
  • Recommend and implement strategic initiatives to improve growth, partnerships, and operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven experience building partnerships and managing external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Experience in the education sector is an advantage.

Skills Required
