Business Development Executive (Compliance)

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Kolkata to drive the growth of our Compliance Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching our integrated compliance solutions—including the Compliance Dashboard, Branch Audit services, and Exit/Recovery management—to potential industrial and corporate clients.

·         Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, factory owners, and establishment managers in Kolkata and surrounding industrial belts.

·         Deliver professional compliance service pitches that highlight the value of our digital dashboard and audit expertise.

·         Manage the entire sales cycle: from initial inquiry and relationship building to contract negotiation and client onboarding.

·         Collaborate with the technical/compliance team to provide tailored solutions for client-specific regulatory pain points.

·         Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report on business development activities regularly.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Consistently generate high-quality leads in the industrial compliance space.

Conversion Rate: Successfully convert prospects into active service clients for compliance dashboard and audit management.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Sales Revenue Targets: Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets from new client acquisitions.

Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on competitive landscape and emerging compliance needs in the West Bengal market.
