Purpose of the Position
The successful candidate will execute the business development cycle for the China market and day-to-day administration support for the team. This involves transforming preliminary concepts into polished, professional proposals and managing the administrative lifecycle of new initiatives. This is a multifaceted role perfect for a hybrid professional who thrives on driving revenue growth while maintaining a sharp eye on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- China Revenue Growth: Actively identify prospective clients, execute outbound sales outreach, and pitch media/advertising solutions to meet team revenue targets.
- Strategic Commercial Materials: Design high-impact presentations and prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and comprehensive RFP/tender responses for complex cross-border deals.
- Coordinate Projects and Partnerships: Support new commercial initiatives and serve as the main point of contact for external Chinese partners and internal global teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain Sales Pipeline and Compliance: Ensure real-time accuracy of the sales pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce), generate data-driven market reports, and manage client onboarding/contractual documentation in line with corporate compliance.
- Other supports: Provide operational support for Sunday magazine PostMag and administration support for the team.
Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Corporate Partnerships, or Ad Sales Support
- Result-oriented, self-motivated with excellent communication and strong presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure, strong in planning, well-organized, and able to prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, a strong team player
- Proficient in PC applications
- Strong written and spoken presentation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
