What You'll Do:
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our plant's success. You will:
- Lead with Excellence: Implement site engineering best practices using IL6S and I2M methodologies.
- Invest in the Future: Manage capital investment plans and ensure flawless project execution.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Lead capacity planning and contribute to the plant's strategic roadmap.
- Empower Your Team: Develop and mentor the local BDE team, ensuring smooth implementation of innovations.
- Influence Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance production and business outcomes.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Support local teams in achieving business-critical milestones, participating in audits, and addressing quality and safety issues.
- Maintain Reliability: Provide support during breakdowns and ensure the reliability of our assets.
What You'll Bring:
- CPG Expertise: Strong experience in CPG manufacturing with a solid understanding of TPM, LEAN, and Six Sigma tools.
- Project Management Prowess: Proven experience implementing multi-discipline projects, managing a project portfolio, and driving change.
- Leadership Qualities: A servant-leader dynamic with the ability to lead a lean team managing multiple projects and tasks.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience collaborating with procurement, suppliers, marketing, R&D, and other cross-functional international stakeholders.
- Proactive Mindset: A proactive and engaged personality with excellent strategic thinking and hands-on project management skills.
- Educational Background: University degree in Engineering with experience managing teams and projects in production environments.
