  • Shape customer requirements and acquisition approaches through mission insight, competitive analysis, market intelligence, and sustained stakeholder engagement.
  • Support capture teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including qualification, solution development, win strategy, teaming, pricing strategy, color-team preparation, and proposal development.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Development
  • Serve as a primary business development interface with NGA mission, operational, technical, procurement, and acquisition leaders.
  • Build trusted relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners to identify mission needs, capability gaps, emerging requirements, and acquisition pathways.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement plans, white papers, solution briefings, demonstrations, and other mission-aligned materials that communicate company capabilities and value.
  • Coordinate executive-level engagements and ensure disciplined follow-through on customer, partner, and internal actions.

  • Align internal investments and solution development with evolving NGA mission needs, GEOINT modernization priorities, acquisition trends, and customer roadmaps.
  • Develop teaming strategies and strengthen relationships with industry partners that provide complementary technology, customer access, contract vehicles, or delivery capabilities.
  • Ensure growth strategies reflect both customer mission requirements and company technical, operational, and past-performance strengths.

Market Intelligence and Thought Leadership
  • Maintain awareness of NGA and GEOINT mission trends, budgets, acquisition shifts, technology priorities, contract vehicles, and competitive activity.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence and strategic recommendations to leadership to guide investment, partnering, capture, and growth decisions.
  • Represent the company at NGA, GEOINT, defense, intelligence, technology, and industry engagements and forums.
