Job DescriptionRole Purpose
The Business Development Director – South is accountable for acquiring new OEM logos and unlocking green space across the South territory.
This role is not responsible for renewals or long-term account governance.
Scope & Coverage
- Owns a defined target OEM list for South territory.
- Leads opportunities across key MSX domains.
- Works closely with Value Stream leaders and SMEs.
Key Accountabilities
- Build executive access & credibility.
- Generate and qualify pipeline.
- Shape and win pilots / first deals.
- Negotiate and close with discipline.
Responsibilities (Day-to-day)
- Develop territory/OEM acquisition plans.
- Run discovery workshops and quantify value cases.
- Maintain CRM hygiene.
- Coordinate bid teams and executive briefings.
- Maintain competitive intelligence.
- Attend industry events, forums, and roundtables.
