We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director- Offers to lead our monetization efforts through the development and management of strategic advertising partnerships for our innovative offerwall product. This role is crucial to our company's revenue generation and requires a deep understanding of the offerwall landscape, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain key relationships with advertisers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in ad sales, preferably within the offerwall and affiliate marketing space.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy for our offerwall product.
Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies.
Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue and ensure ongoing collaboration.
Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to optimize the offerwall platform for ad performance and user experience.
Monitor ad performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Forecast ad revenue and provide regular updates to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their preferences
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably within the offerwall, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing space.
Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players.
Existing network of contacts within the advertising industry is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Passion for the digital advertising industry.

The base salary range for this position in is $110K-$150K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status. The commission plan is designed to reward individuals for meeting and exceeding sales targets and plan details will be provided to candidates during the interview.
