The Role
Develop and grow less-than-container-load (LCL) freight services by analyzing existing offerings, identifying new direct services, and expanding customer volume. Collaborate with sales and regional, overseas, and internal teams on trade lane development. Resolve LCL product issues, analyze business data, research solutions, and perform additional duties as assigned.

- Cooperate with sales to increase the volume of current customers and find opportunities with new customers
- Cooperation and meeting with regional colleagues, overseas colleagues, and internal colleagues for LCL trade lane development
- Problem solving of any issues related with LCL products
- Other duties as required by management
Qualifications:
- Only candidates with permanent work rights with no restrictions will be considered
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing in freight forwarding business or related fields
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, good knowledge of MS-XLS, Power BI
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English
- Ability to analyze data and information
- Ability to manage multi-task
- Analytical thinking process, identified, perform research for a solution
- Service mind and good interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
