Business Development Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred)

Bergey’s Automotive, a family-owned and operated business, is hiring an experienced Business Development Coordinator who is professional, focused, and motivated by performance. This role is for someone who communicates with purpose, follows process, and knows how to turn consistent activity into appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Handle 100–150 customer communications per day by phone, text, and email
• Set a minimum of 150 appointments per month
• Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines
• Respond to leads quickly, professionally, and consistently
• Overcome objections and keep conversations moving toward an appointment
• Log activity and maintain accurate CRM notes

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales or BDC experience required
• Bilingual preferred
• VinSolutions experience required
• Impel AI or similar tool experience is a plus
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Process-driven, goal-oriented, and dependable
• Able to stay focused and productive in a high-volume environment
• Professional, mature, and business-minded

Pay: $50,000–$70,000 earning potential | Full-time
