Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

  • Livrer des formations ciblées (produit, argumentaires, techniques de vente) alignées aux besoins des courtiers et agents.

  • Créer et mettre en place des plans de formation structurés et en assurer la promotion.

  • Animer des formations en présentiel ou à distance, en fonction des besoins des représentants.

  • Accompagner et soutenir les gestionnaires des cabinets dans l’identification des besoins et du coaching de leurs équipes. Fournir la formation ou les outils nécessaires.

  • Développer, améliorer et maintenir à jour les contenus et supports de formation, en intégrant les besoins du terrain et les évolutions réglementaires/produit.

  • Identifier les besoins de formation et de support de nos partenaires; prioriser les demandes et adapter les contenus et outils en conséquence.

  • Définir et suivre des indicateurs (satisfaction des participants, évolution du taux d’achat, nombre de soumissions complété, quiz/post formation) et utiliser ces données pour prioriser les évolutions.

  • Entretenir des relations d’affaires courtoises, professionnelles et durables avec les cabinets et partenaires, en tant que personne ressource technique. Comprendre l’environnement et les enjeux des cabinets.

  • Aider les cabinets à résoudre leurs problématiques liées à l’assurance de remplacement FPQ5 et à accéder aux opportunités de formation et de soutien.

  • Participer aux projets, initiatives et événements du réseau afin de favoriser l’adoption des formations et des outils, et d’assurer leur exécution opérationnelle.

  • Superviser et assurer le bon déroulement des activités et initiatives Cime.

  • Représenter l’équipe Cime auprès du réseau et des parties prenantes internes, et maintenir des relations de travail étroites avec les équipes.

  • Travailler en proximité avec le Directeur développement des affaires pour cibler et identifier les besoins des différents cabinets et représentants. Collaborer afin de définir un plan d’action cohérent.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • DEC ou l’équivalent en expérience de travail, avec un minimum d'un an d’expérience pertinente en vente et en assurance de dommages

  • Capacité à s’exprimer devant des groupes de participants (formations, rencontres, etc)

  • Bonne habileté communicationnelle et transmission de connaissances

  • Bonne connaissance du réseau de courtage

  • Très bonne connaissance des produits d'assurances automobile, permis AMF un atout

  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels informatiques : Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams

  • Capacité de travailler seul et en équipe

  • Disponibilité pour assister, en dehors des heures normales d'affaires, à différentes activités (activités de réseautage, congrès, etc.)

  • Permis de conduire valide de classe 5 avec bon dossier de conduite

  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) - Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec une clientèle francophone et anglophone partout au pays.

  • Le candidat fait preuve d’une grande autonomie, d’organisation et de proactivité

  • Le candidat vise l'excellence et est inspiré par le client
