In this role, you will play a key part in scaling our partnerships ecosystem by developing strong relationships with brokerage companies and agencies across the real estate market. What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, approach, and secure new strategic partnerships that support the growth of the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage companies, agencies, and strategic partners
- Develop and execute partnership acquisition strategies to expand market reach and revenue opportunities
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership agreements to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry movements to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain a healthy partnership pipeline and accurately track activities, forecasts, and deal progress through CRM tools
- Explore innovative partnership opportunities and expansion initiatives within the brokerage ecosystem
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management
- Real estate market exposure or brokerage relations experience is a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic business relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities with a commercially driven mindset
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable in dynamic environments
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
