About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our team and drive growth in our IT solutions and services portfolio. This role is ideal for a professional who understands technology but is not a tech-person —someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
As part of our team, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze market opportunities, respond to tenders (RFPs), and craft compelling commercial proposals that align with our strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in business development, pre-sales, consulting, or a related field within an IT or technology-driven environment.
- Tech Savvy, Not a Technician: You should have a strong appreciation for technology and IT solutions but don’t need to be a developer or engineer.
- Analytical & Strategic: Comfortable reviewing RFPs, understanding client needs, and crafting tailored business solutions.
- Strong Communication & Writing Skills: Ability to translate technical solutions into clear, compelling commercial proposals.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging with corporate clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Languages: Fluent in portuguese and english.
- Analyze RFPs and market opportunities – Evaluate client needs, assess feasibility, and define winning strategies.
- Engage with key stakeholders – Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to shape proposals and business solutions.
- Develop commercial proposals – Craft persuasive, well-structured proposals that demonstrate value, ROI, and competitive advantages.
- Stay informed on diverse technologies – Understand the IT landscape, trends, and solutions while maintaining a business-first approach.
- Support business growth initiatives – Identify new opportunities, contribute to sales strategies, and help refine go-to-market approaches.
