Business Development Consultant – Intermediary Sales

As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across Hong Kong by driving new business through strategic intermediary partnerships.
What you’ll do:
- Drive new business growth through intermediaries and distribution partners
- Build and nurture high-impact relationships with key decision-makers
- Represent Bupa Global’s full suite of international health insurance products
- Identify strategic opportunities and develop tailored growth plans
- Collaborate across teams to ensure client needs are met with precision
- Stay ahead of market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
What you’ll bring:
- Proven sales experience in international health insurance or financial services
- Strong network and track record with intermediaries or third-party channels
- Commercial acumen and confidence in high-value negotiations
- Experience working across cultures and navigating regulatory frameworks
- A consultative, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently
