As part of Manulife Investments, you’ll join a high-performing wholesaling team alongside a District Vice President and a Business Development Manager. Your mission? Help drive sales growth and build strong advisor relationships.
Position Responsibilities:
Build connections: Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and key internal partners.
Plan for success: Contribute to the annual territory business plan and help execute it.
Be the go-to resource: Prepare reports, fund proposals, and provide guidance on policies and regulations.
Own the details: Schedule meetings, manage budgets, and coordinate weekly team sessions.
Lead events: From planning to execution, organize impactful advisor and industry events.
Drive marketing: Manage email campaigns, track results, and keep communication flowing.
Collaborate: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications:
Post-secondary education.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities with ease.
You’re a problem solver, detail-oriented, and proactive.
You communicate clearly, work well in a team, and stay cool under pressure.
A passion for learning and growing in the wealth management space.
Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
Preferred Qualifications:
CSC or IFIC certification (an asset).
CFA level 1 (an asset).
Experience in mutual funds or financial planning (an asset).
You’re tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, and ideally familiar with Salesforce and SAP Concur.

Salary range is expected to be between
$45,900.00 CAD - $76,500.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
