🔍 What You'll Do
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and initiating contact with potential client companies in the clinical research space. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers
- Mapping organizational structures to support strategic outreach
- Contacting potential clients via phone and email, presenting OPIS’s services with clarity and professionalism
- Coordinating and scheduling virtual or face-to-face meetings between prospective clients and OPIS senior staff
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data in our CRM system
- Following up with leads, managing communications, and building long-term relationships
🎓 What You Bring
- 1–3 years of sales experience (i.e Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representatives)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to research
- Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
