Business Development Associate

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our BD team. The role involves assisting senior team members in managing client/stakeholder interactions, documenting key insights, and ensuring smooth information flow across internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business development environment.

• Provide day-to-day support to senior team members and work closely with them on ongoing tasks.
• Analyze documents/comprehensions to extract key insights and translate them into actionable to-dos.
• Attend business development meetings, capture detailed notes, prepare structured documentation, and share concise summaries with the broader team.
• Coordinate and maintain communication with brokers across APAC, EMEA regions, and other external partners.
• Organize and streamline the flow of information between third-party stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Strong analytical and comprehension skills - ability to break down information into actionable points.
• Prior HFT experience is a plus
• Experience in dealing with exchanges/ AWS is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation skills (both written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort in interacting with global stakeholders and handling professional correspondence.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
