We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to acquire new merchants, e-commerce businesses, and retailers for our delivery services. The associate needs to identify potential clients, pitch our solutions, and close deals to grow the client portfolio and hit acquisition targets. The candidate will also build strong client relationships and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

What You'll Do:
1. Acquisition:
(a) Inbound: Convert incoming client inquiries into new business for 2 Wheeler delivery services.
(b) Outbound: Proactively acquire new clients and reactivate churned 2 Wheeler accounts across e-commerce, retail, fashion, beauty, pharmacy, grocery, and other frequent intra-city delivery businesses.
2. Retention: Drive consistent order generation and service utilization from the existing client base by identifying needs, resolving concerns, and tracking performance through internal tools.
3. Campaign Management & User Education: Run PDS (promotion, discount, subsidy) strategies to boost acquisition and order growth, and educate clients via in-app messages, SMS, and other channels.
What We Seek:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify prospects, understand customer needs, and effectively pitch Lalamove’s solutions and USPs.
- Proven ability to acquire and onboard new clients across target industries (e.g., e-commerce, retail, fashion, beauty, gadgets, pharmacy, grocery, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence potential clients.
- A confident and personable approach to build and maintain strong relationships with businesses.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, field visits, negotiations, follow-ups, and converting prospects into active clients.

What You'll Need:
