Responsibilities: 
- Prospect and identify potential clients and business opportunities through field activities, referrals, networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and market research. 
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up and strategic engagement. 
- Engage prospective clients by educating them on the company’s products and services, addressing needs, and demonstrating value. 
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for interested leads. 
- Follow up with prospects systematically to nurture relationships and drive deal conversions. 
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. 
- Support customer onboarding and contribute to early-stage relationship management. 
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business development targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. 
- Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy and improve outreach effectiveness. 
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.


Skills Required
