📞 What you'll be doing
As a BDA, you'll be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in Financial Services and Home Improvement.
Handle inbound leads — warm calls, no cold prospecting.
Turn interest into action: bookings, appointments, enrollments.
Own your performance and get real-time coaching to improve fast.
Full-time shift (40 hrs/week), scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST.
You'll be measured — but you'll never be micromanaged.

Skills Required

- Remote work capability (work from anywhere) and reliable home workspace/connection
- Coachability, fast learning, strong drive and ownership mindset

Incentivized sales with aligned partners 25-50% increase in lead conversion vs. traditional call centers. Convertros specialized in converting leads and web inquiries into customers. With an average time to call under 27 seconds, our highly skilled 100% commission based Business Development Associates use proprietary custom dialers to maximize conversions. Convertros help brands get in front of more customers and achieve higher results.
