Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development & Partnerships Associate to support the Chief Business Officer in driving strategic growth initiatives and expanding the company's partnership ecosystem. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, build strategic relationships, and support business development efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and cultivating strategic partnership opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry bench marking.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other materials for partnership meetings.
- Manage and track partnership pipelines, agreements, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on potential growth opportunities.
- Assist in contract review and partnership due diligence processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude.
Preferred:
- Experience in sustainability, clean energy, or impact-driven sectors.
- Familiarity with contract review and partnership management tools.
