Due to our continued growth and success across the Caribbean, Dentons is seeking to add a Business Development and Marketing Executive to our talented team in the Barbados office.

As a member of our Dentons team, one will not only be exposed to some of the more interesting work to flow through the region but also be part of an integrated team operating across the Caribbean, working beyond the shores of your home island in a cross-border capacity, and with the opportunity to collaborate with our colleagues across the globe. We are currently seeking a self-motivated team member with the following capabilities, who must be results-oriented, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments/projects and function as part of a cohesive Caribbean team:
- Knowledge of the Business Development and Marketing strategies that promote the continuous improvement of Clients and Markets operations and infrastructure.
- Ability to work with budgets and develop business development and marketing plans while managing expenditure.
- Provide support in the creation, preparation and coordination of panel submissions, proposals and pitches as required.
- Coach attorneys on best practices across the full spectrum of Business Development and Marketing.
- Support the development of new attorney bios and update existing bios with new content inclusive of client matters and awards/ranking.
