Job Title: Business Development Analyst

Reports To: Country GM
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage our underwriting process to assess new property acquisition deals
- Manage competitor analyses process
- Assisting in drafting contracts and agreement
- Assisting in managing deals process with Cove’s partners
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in a Analyst role
- Undergraduate degree in any field
- Experience in a pre-Series C start-up
- Experience in sales process
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical capabilities
- High drive for results
- Fluent in English and Korean
