Job Description


  1. Business Development & Planning:
    • Systematically identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets.
    • Develop and implement structured plans for market entry and expansion.
    • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  2. Sales & Negotiation:
    • Develop detailed sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
    • Lead structured sales processes, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Maintain a systematic approach to follow-ups and client relationship management.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and manage a client database with a structured approach to client outreach and retention.
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and implement structured processes for feedback and improvement.
  4. Strategic Execution:
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve business development practices.
    • Maintain detailed records of business development activities and outcomes.
  5. Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare structured reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market insights.
    • Present findings and strategic recommendations to the management team in a clear and organized manner.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required C1
  • Salary: 3000 EUR/ (brutto/monthly) Final salary is upon agreement
  • Skills:
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
