Greenvolt Comunidades is seeking a Business Developer Trainee to join its team in promoting, implementing, and managing collective self-consumption energy solutions and similar projects.
The ideal candidate should feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, especially in preparing presentations and reports to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will take on the following tasks as part of the outlined mission:
- Collaborate with the technical and commercial teams to prepare proposals and support their negotiation.
- Update databases with new clients, sales activities, or relevant commercial information.
- Assist in preparing commercial reports and analyzing trends and results.
- Collect and maintain necessary information and documentation for the commercial process.
- Develop commercial activities in line with the company’s business processes, including the use of CRM and sales support systems.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients for the company’s solutions in alignment with strategic guidelines.
- Support the preparation of meetings with potential clients to present the company’s products and services, exploring business opportunities.
Requirements
The candidate should demonstrate:
- A proactive, focused personality with a “make it happen” attitude.
- Agility and the ability to adapt quickly to uncertain situations.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- High proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with CRM and sales management systems (preferred).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English.
